Dunfermline Liberal Democrats are delighted that Liberal Democrat Councillor for Dunfermline South, James Calder, has been elected as the new Area Convener for the City of Dunfermline.
He was elected by six votes to five and has begun the role immediately, and will be Dunfermline's first Area Convener as an official city.
